1) Financial Reliability – If they aren’t starving for cash, they won’t be so “needy” on getting paid. Also, if they have assets, they’re worth suing if all goes sour.

Entrepreneurs shouldn’t focus on the redistribution of wealth. Instead, create a unique product or service which pulls interest. Don’t compete on price, but value of product or service.
